Aggador is a 2 year-old Toy Fox Terrier. He has an adorable personality and
is quite a character. Aggador loves to play and his hobbies include playing catch, learning new tricks, and sleeping under
blankets. He thinks he's a lot bigger than he actually is so he often tries to intimidate big dogs that roam around the
neighborhood -- it doesn't work.
Bali is a Bangaii Cardinal Fish. He is the most graceful fish I have
ever seen. He doesn't really swim, he glides. Bangaiis are very docile, and Bali is fine as long as no one is in his "personal space",
at which point, he lets them know they need to move. These fish are native to the bangaii islands and this is the ONLY place in
the world where they live. They are endangered in the wild and Bali was captive-bred.
Barkley is a terrier mix we got as a pup from a neighbor who moved and gave
him to us, not able to take him. He is a bit hyper, like all terriers, and isn't fond of cats - another terrier
trait, but he loves us and we love him!
Benji Benji is a Welsh Corgi that was given to us by a co-worker. He's a nice little
dog and is very well-behaved, housebroken, etc. His one bad habit is getting on the furniture, even though he knows he's
not supposed to, but his other qualities easily make up for that. We aren't sure, but we think he's about 5 or 6 years old.
Benson Benson is a Bichon Frise Mutt and that's about all we know about him.
We found him as a stray when he was a pup with no tags and no other ID, and he's been with us ever since.
He is a snugglebunny and keeps both my wife and I warm in bed. He is a very nice guy and loves to be brushed, thank goodness.
Billy is a 7 year-old hairless Chinese Crested dog.
He loves basking in the sun (wearing sunscreen of course) and hates the snow. Billy came to live with me
when my mom's house became too crowded. She adopted two Airedale Terriers and next to Billy,
they were horses!
Creature is a Pink-Spotted Watchman Goby who loves to collect shells.
He will drag any shell, even those with hermit crabs living in them, into his lair to decorate the place. The poor crabs have to
wait until he leaves and then make their getaway - slowly. Sometimes they don't make it out and he drags them back in again.
He will take anything if he can lift it. We've had him for about a year now and he is a very funny fish to watch. Native to
the Pacific, he is also known as the Singapore Shrimp Goby.
Danny is a Cocker Spaniel. He is a sensitive, smart dog and is loved to death. He watches out for his sister,
Darci, and does not want us out of his site. He is a pillow boy and has his own loveseat where he likes to sleep. He is a big dog for a cocker and weighs about
34 pounds. Heavy or not, he is a lap dog. We use "Cowboy Magic" on both dogs, which is a concentrated detangling gel that was designed for horses, but our groomer
suggested we use it on the dogs. They love it and it makes their coats very shiny and soft, too.
Darci is a Cocker Spaniel. We got Darci and her brother Danny from a Methow
Valley breeder when they were 12 weeks old. They will be 7 years old on Aug. 16, 2009. She loves to chase sqirrels
and birds and is a gorgeous dog. She is loved by her parents and her brother. She and Danny have two toy baskets: one for balls and
another for stuffed animals. When he thinks she's played enough, he takes her ball from her and puts it back in the basket.
Dexter is a Lab Mix who came to stay with us when a friend lost his home to
foreclosure and was forced to move back in with his parents, who are not dog-lovers. He is a happy-go-lucky guy
and is a joy to have around. His "dad" comes to visit often, and has agreed to let us keep Dexter permanently
because we've all grown so close to each other.
Diezel is a Beagle-Basset mix and he's about 2 ½ years old now. As you can see,
he likes to nap and had made himself right at home since the day we got him when he was about 6 months old from our
local shelter. He loves balls, popcorn, going for car rides and ice cream.
Dixie is our Greyhound/Foxhound/GKW (God Knows What) who adopted us a few years back.
She loves to run and we have a large yard which she uses as her personal dog track where she runs lap after lap around the
perimeter. She likes our cat and he tolerates her, so we are all one big happy family.
